• Process freight and unload trucks efficiently
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing, and sales floor replenishment standards
• Keep an organized stockroom for optimal operation

• Minimum age of 16 years
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A can‑do attitude and commitment to a collaborative, respectful culture
• Retail experience is a plus but not required

• Previous retail experience that demonstrates customer service skills
• Ability to initiate engaging conversations with customers
