Parts Counterperson

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Department Associate to join our team. In this dual-focus role, you will be the face of our parts department for both walk-in retail customers and our high-volume wholesale accounts. You will manage everything from identifying hard-to-find components to coordinating bulk deliveries for repair shops and commercial partners.

• Receive and process orders for parts.
• Promote additional sales of related parts and/or accessories
• Assist customers (internal, retail and wholesale) with concerns and updates on back ordered parts.
• Keep work area and storage area clean and neat.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Automotive parts experience is a plus but not required.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Computer competency and basic math skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
