• Work with a single customer in the home‑improvement segment.
• Travel weekly to customer locations across the region.
• Count and record inventory with precision.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
• Meet daily performance goals and earn productivity‑based wage increases.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work.
• No inventory experience; training will be provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
• Comfortable using handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• No degree required.
• No prior experience or return to workforce; military experience welcomed.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Requires standing for prolonged periods and occasional walking; use of hands for repetitive motions; ability to squat, kneel, or crouch; use of ladder; lift and carry items up to 25 lbs; travel by car and occasionally plane, including overnight stays up to 4 days a week.
