Our Assistant Managers are full‑time, salaried positions that oversee production and assist with store operations, including achieving overall performance goals with sales, customer service, product quality, and staff development.

- Current ready‑to‑advance Assistant Manager OR Supervisor from a retail or restaurant environment who is passionate about personal, hands‑on service for customers and can demonstrate growth in previous roles.
- Can never compromise on the quality of the products they serve or sell and understands how different costs affect profitability (and how to control those costs).
- Wants to build relationships in the community and increase sales for their store.
- Great coach who can identify and develop talent; experience hiring seasonal workers is a plus.
We’re a 65+ year old brand with uncompromised quality and a culture of balance. We are closed on Sundays, and managers typically work about 50 hours per week (except for four or five weeks a year). Managers have full accountability of their store operations.

Requirements- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, stand for long periods, twist, and lift products and supplies (some of which can weigh up to 65 lbs).
- Experience working with a hot torch.
