ACE Manager

Greer's Markets -  - Responsibilities:
Manage department inventory, pricing, shelf conditions, cleanliness and merchandising inside and outside the store;
Oversee labor and safety of ACE associates;
Plan, order and process merchandise to maximize sales and gross profit;
Ensure proper training and supervision of new ACE associates including cross-department training;
Handle ordering, receiving, unloading, storage of merchandise, building displays, stocking techniques;
Maintain tags (price changes, temporary price reductions, and ads) in their areas;
Promote the ACE Rewards Card and ACE VISA to customers and train cashiers on selling program;
Collaborate with other department managers to execute store strategy and department goals
