Greet customers and respond to questions, assist with purchases and special orders, operate cash register and provide courteous service;
Stock, rotate, and face deli bakery displays; unload deliveries and verify invoices; inspect for shortages/damage; maintain cleanliness and safety in the department;
Monitor temperatures and ensure proper product handling; communicate with department manager about issues and merchandising ideas;
Record out-of-stock conditions and replenish supplies on the sales floor and in the product preparation area;
Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed during peak periods to provide products and services to customers
