As a Sales Associate, also known as a Product Specialist, you’ll be part of a team focused on growth, customer connection, fashion, and comfort. In this entry-level retail role, you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to the store’s success. The position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

Starting Rate: $13.00 per hour.

Hourly Pay Range: $13.00 - $13.79.

• Customer Service: Engage customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring they walk away with the right choice.
• Retail Sales Goals: Contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals; develop skills in retail sales and learning product offerings.
• Store Operations: Keep the store updated by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise. This includes lifting up to 50 pounds and standing most of the shift.
• Cashier Duties: Process payments accurately and leave customers with a great final impression.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories and share details with customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus.
• At least 18 years old at time of application.
• Eager to deliver top‑notch customer service in an entry-level role.
• Driven to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Excited to represent the Skechers brand with energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency.
