Pay: $16.50 per hour

Schedule:

Up to 15 hours per week (Saturday and Sunday preferred; flexible Friday options may be available)

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores
• Engage and build rapport with customers, creating a memorable experience
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff within the assigned store
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness
• Report and provide competitive insights
• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
• Welcome customers courteously and offer assistance
• Direct customers by escorting them to displays, assess needs, and suggest products that fit those needs
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services
• Help customers make selections by building customer confidence
• Accurately document and report sales
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations
• Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional and presentable at all times
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 6 months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
• Knowledge of products and services demonstrated
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
• Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiasm
• Outgoing personality and eagerness to learn
• Comfort engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training
• Ability to overcome objections and connect with customer needs
• Retail or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless (plus)
• Training or product demonstration experience (plus)
• 1 year of job experience required
