Senior Wireless Sales Expert – Mobile, AL (260462)

As a member of our retail team, you will build relationships with guests rather than simply selling phones and plans. You’ll guide customers through decisions with patience and expertise, turning first‑time visitors into lifelong customers.

Wage: $21.00–$22.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission. 30–39 hours per week (average 35). Classified as modified full‑time. Base salary estimate: $42,000–$47,250 based on current national data.

• Brand Ambassador – Create a welcoming, comfortable store environment and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Relationship Builder – Use active listening and thoughtful questions to guide conversations toward solutions that meet guest needs and drive sales performance.
• Product & Services Expert – Sell devices, plans, and services while simplifying technology into easy, real‑world conversations and staying current on promotions and product knowledge.
• Store Key Support – As a senior team member, assume opening and closing responsibilities and support a smooth store experience.

• High school diploma (required).
• 1–2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred, in a consultative, customer‑focused environment (wireless sales experience preferred).
• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that involve bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, walking, standing and moving items.
• Ability to move around the store and assist customers.
