Asset Protection Operations Coach

Position Summary

Responsible for leading sales, inventory, customer service, and loss prevention operations in a Walmart retail environment.

• Drive sales through effective merchandising, accurate pricing, and product presentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate stocking, rotation, and clean‑up.
• Educate, train, and mentor hourly associates, creating a high‑performing team.
• Oversee safety, loss prevention, and claims, conducting investigations and ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate across functions for business initiatives, technology adoption, and process improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints.
• Build and maintain a culture of belonging and inclusion.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and ethical standards.

• Completion of 2 years of college or 1 year of supervisory experience in a multi‑department environment.
• Experience in accounting, claims, inventory control, systems/UPC, personnel, or loss prevention/asset protection.
• Successful completion of required state or law certifications; background checks; firearms authorisation for applicable roles.
• Ability to attend and complete mandatory training and assessments.

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or related degree.
• Certification in an asset protection related field.
• Experience supervising five or more direct reports.
• Investigative experience and business degree relevant to the role.
