Role Responsibilities
  • Fully accountable for sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in‑store.
  • Consistently demonstrate excellent leadership and coaching skills, inspiring, engaging, and motivating the team.
  • Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Assist in educating personnel on the compensation plan and ensure employees maximize sales.
  • Collaborate with the District Manager and other parties to launch new products, services, or processes.
  • Ensure employees are properly trained on new products and promotions.
  • Assist HR and Loss Prevention with internal investigations.
  • Provide coaching and development on the sales floor.
  • Schedule and staff to budgeted hours.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting environment for customers.
  • Adhere to back‑office compliance, processes, procedures, reports, documentation, and policies.
  • Respond promptly to all communications.
  • Ensure completion of required training within the store.
  • Protect assets.
  • Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless, including customer engagement, product representation, and marketing material distribution. Participation is a condition of employment and is notified with reasonable notice.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of proven retail sales management experience with a commission model.
  • At least 2 years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
  • Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
  • Strong motivation, leadership, and development skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Proficient with personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Reliable transportation to assist at other locations within a 30‑minute radius from the home store when needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Shift

8‑hour shift – Weekdays and every Saturday.
