Ballin’s LTD is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Mobile, Alabama. We are a well-established women’s boutique known for offering stylish, high-quality apparel and personalized service. If you have a passion for fashion and enjoy helping women look and feel their best, we’d love to meet you.

• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients
• Assist customers with styling, fit, and product selection
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Stay up to date on current fashion trends and product knowledge
• Support daily store operations, including merchandising and inventory tasks

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for fashion, especially women’s apparel
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
