Buffalo Rock is an award-winning bottler handling a portfolio of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage brands. The Account Merchandiser (AM) is a key Retail team member responsible for stocking and merchandising Buffalo Rock portfolio products.
Essential Functions- Exhibit high ethical and moral conduct during all working hours.
- Perform activities on assigned retail route including selling new products, incremental displays, additional merchandising space, and promotions.
- Drive to and from customer sites.
- Serve all assigned accounts according to Buffalo Rock Standards and Franchise Policy for service frequency.
- Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with customers.
- Communicate transshipping activity in accordance with Buffalo Rock policy and procedures.
- Notify ADC/RSS of new accounts and account changes including ownership or closure.
- Properly complete all required paperwork to Company Policy and timeline.
- Monitor assigned accounts for CDA compliance.
- Communicate daily with ADC/RSS regarding product shortages, returns, refused orders, and other operational items.
- Achieve required % of Strategic Execution Objectives.
- Execute and achieve all account program key objectives.
- Properly rotate all products in accordance with Buffalo Rock policy and procedures.
- Ensure pallets, trays, damaged product, and returns are prepared for pick up at each account.
- Assist management in reporting competitive activity, achieving sales goals, and promoting Buffalo Rock Purpose and Core Values.
- Attend all scheduled meetings requiring presence or participation.
- Adhere to customer policies for vendors or suppliers as applicable.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Maintain high level of ethical conduct during work and off-site functions.
- Continuously self-improve through training provided by Buffalo Rock.
- Protect company from possible damages, theft, or other liabilities.
- Ensure safety of employee partners, self, customers, and property.

RequiredEducation and Experience
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- No prior experience necessary.
- Valid state driver license with good driving record.
- Must have a smartphone device and reliable personal vehicle for business use.
Smart Phone, Motus, Timeclock Plus.
Knowledge- Sales and Marketing – principles for showing, promoting, and selling products.
- Customer and Personal Service – principles for providing customer services.
- English Language – structure and content of English.
- Mathematics – arithmetic, algebra, geometry and applications.
