Job Overview

Part‑Time Verizon Retail Sales position located inside Walmart 1063 – Geneva, AL 36340. Immediate hire with paid training. Focus exclusively on Verizon products and services using a direct fulfillment model.

• Engage customers inside retail locations and identify wireless needs.
• Promote and sell Verizon phones, plans, and wireless services.
• Educate customers on Verizon products, promotions, pricing, and service options.
• Process new accounts, upgrades, add‑a‑lines, and wireless activations.
• Use direct fulfillment systems to order devices for customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations.

• $14‑$15 per hour base pay guarantee.
• Uncapped commission‑only structure with an advanced draw based on hours worked in‑store.
• Next‑day pay on‑demand with Daily Pay.
• Growth program with advancement opportunities for top performers.
• Fast‑paced retail environment with high traffic exposure.

Expected hours: 20–30 hours per week. Flexibility preferred; scheduling may include Tuesday‑through‑Saturday shifts and occasional travel with mileage compensation. Must be open to varying schedules as coverage evolves.
