Assist Store Manager in ensuring the financial integrity of the store through strict cash accountability and cash control procedures;
Manage the Perishable Departments including produce, fresh meat, dairy, frozen food, bread, and bakery items; ensure stock availability and proper merchandising;
Train assigned associates in proper stocking, rotation, and safe handling of perishable products; ensure adherence to sanitation standards;
Record perishable markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences; maintain inventory accuracy as requested by the Store Support Center;
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customers' needs and maintaining daily contact with customers to understand merchandise expectations.
