Overview
Fit is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to join a growing company in Mobile, AL. Salary is in the $40K-$55K range, depending on experience, with benefits. The right candidate is driven and dedicated with adequate computer skills, a great work ethic, and superior customer service.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
- Support the sales team by generating sales orders and handling customer inquiries
- Handle price quotations, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations
- Track shipments and make sure orders are delivered on time
- Prepare and deliver quotes, process orders, and follow up on customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Bachelor s Degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the HVAC industry
- Excellent phone and customer-facing experience
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Strong organization and time management skills
