Take an active role in guiding customers through the lobby by facilitating transactions via mobile banking, online banking, or ATM and providing front‑end assistance as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self‑service resources.
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients.
- Conduct deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities and connect them to suitable solutions.
- Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively to drive the client experience.
- Handle cash responsibilities with precision and accountability.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
- Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Passionate, committed, and driven to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives.

- Time and capacity management skills, with a focus on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
- Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center within a reasonable distance.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
- One year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash‑handling experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or business‑relevant associate’s degree (e.g., business management, business administration, finance).
