JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Call on assigned accounts to communicate sales promotions and merchandising updates.

* Execute plan-o-grams, including stocking, fronting, facing, and rotating products.

* Rearrange shelving, clean refrigerated sections, and restock shelves as needed.

* Ensure product displays are professional, appealing, and properly signed.

* Reset displays and report any issues or opportunities related to products or merchandising.

* Negotiate for additional shelf and promotional space.

* Conduct store surveys and market analyses to understand customer behavior and optimize product placement.

* Capture display conditions upon arrival to identify opportunities for sales growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

* High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.

* Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.

* Minimum of 3 years of merchandising experience in the field.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to read, write, communicate, and perform required tasks in English.

* Strong attention to detail and conscientious work ethic.

* Proven ability to prioritize, self-motivate, and manage time effectively.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

* Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required.

* Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

* Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), reaching, climbing, pulling, stooping, fine hand manipulation, and kneeling.

* Extensive driving required to service assigned customer base.
