The Residential Canvassing Representative will introduce homeowners to our products and services through door‑to‑door marketing in targeted areas.

  • Income (On Average): $25/hr – $40/hr (Base + Weekly Performance Bonus!), paid weekly.
Responsibilities
  • Generate high‑quality leads while engaging in door‑to‑door campaigning in assigned territories.
  • Learn and confidently deliver a pre‑qualifying lead presentation to prospective homeowners.
  • Achieve daily and weekly goals while representing the company professionally and positively.
  • Provide daily reports on leads and appointments, and attend team meetings.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent – minimum 18 years of age.
  • At least 1–2 years of customer service experience.
  • Previous door‑to‑door sales, appointment setting, or retail experience is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation for commuting to various locations in the area.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.
  • Ability to learn and then utilize selling techniques.
  • Comfortable walking throughout neighborhoods.
  • Interpersonal communication, social intelligence, charismatic personality, and people skills.
  • Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
