Job DescriptionK&R Staffing HR Consulting LLC is seeking a driven, energetic, and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to expand our client base and promote our staffing and recruiting services. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and helping companies solve their workforce challenges.
Responsibilities- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Conduct cold calls, in-person visits, networking, and follow-up activities to generate new client relationships.
- Present staffing and workforce solutions to business owners, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to discuss hiring needs and staffing strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospective customers.
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure client staffing needs are clearly communicated and fulfilled.
- Negotiate service agreements and staffing contracts.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding open positions, candidate availability, and service performance.
- Track sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM and reporting tools.
- Meet or exceed sales goals, revenue targets, and business development objectives.
- Stay informed on local market trends, hiring demands, and industry developments.
- Represent the company professionally at networking events, trade shows, and community functions.
- Previous outside sales, business development, staffing, recruiting, or customer service experience preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain business relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with business owners, executives, and hiring managers confidently.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a sales territory.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and industries.
