We are a German company looking for a Sales Manager to elaborate, maintain and develop the sales strategy in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland in the Dairy Farming Business.
Responsibilities- You develop and implement a tailored sales strategy for Finland, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Denmark, and other assigned countries
- You drive annual sales growth in line with the defined sales plan and expand market share
- You identify and capture new business opportunities across your territories
- You build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and farmers
- You provide technical support and ensure effective product usage for customers and partners
- You organize and deliver training sessions, product demonstrations, and sales presentations
- You represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events
- You travel frequently (up to 50%) and report on sales activities and market developments
- University degree in Agronomic Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, or a comparable field with a focus on ruminant nutrition
- At least 6 years of experience in ruminant nutrition, farm management, or a similar role (preferably with dairy cows and calves)
- Established network within the agricultural sector
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
- Willingness to travel extensively (50%)
- Fluent in English (C1 level); knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian is a plus
- Technical, product, and field training in Germany
- Fixed salary + performance-based bonus
