- Prospect and develop new commercial roofing service and maintenance opportunities across assigned territory
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of active opportunities
- Conduct site visits, roof inspections, and client meetings to identify project scopes
- Prepare and present proposals and value-based solutions to commercial customers
- Partner with estimating and operations to ensure accurate scoping and smooth project delivery
- Close sales while maintaining target gross margins
- Grow long-term relationships with building owners, facility managers, and general contractors
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and reliable sales forecasts
- Required: 3+ years of commercial roofing sales experience OR 5+ years of B2B construction sales with a proven track record
- Required: History of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Required: Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and scopes of work
- Required: Disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting
- Required: Ability to sell on value and protect margins
- Required: Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship skills
- Required: Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites regularly
- Preferred: Existing relationships with building owners, property managers, or GCs
- Preferred: Experience with CRM platforms for pipeline and activity tracking
