Responsibilities- Prospect and identify new business opportunities.
- Make real cold calls with coaching.

- Work alongside experienced Media Executives and Sales Leaders.
- Participate in weekly training sessions.
- Confidently initiate conversations with clients.
- Sell multi‑platform advertising solutions (TV + Digital).
- Build and present winning pitches.
- Manage a pipeline and grow revenue.
- Curious, competitive, and willing to try new things.
- Seeking real experience rather than a résumé entry.
- Interested in sales, marketing, or media.
- Ready to learn transferable skills.
- Flexible part‑time hours designed for students.
- Paid internship—rate from minimum wage to $15/hour.
- Locations available across Gray Media markets nationwide.
- Currently enrolled in college/university (preferably seniors).
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
- Major in Journalism, Communications, Sales, or related field.
- Desire for hands‑on experience in local media industry.
