Sales & Outreach Specialist - New Home Construction

IRBY Group's new home construction division is launching our Build On Your Lot program — affordable new construction homes built on land our customers already own, starting under $200,000. We are seeking a driven, self-starting salesperson to build this program from the ground up through cold outreach, relationship building, and hustle.

• Lead the launch of the Build On Your Lot program by developing a new sales pipeline from scratch.
• Engage in cold outreach and proactive outreach to prospective buyers.
• Build relationships with potential customers and guide them through the process of selecting land and constructing a new home.
• Operate with a proactive, self-starting mindset as this is not an order-taking role and there is no existing pipeline.

• Driven, self-starting salesperson with a hunter mindset.
• Comfort with cold calling and prospecting to build a pipeline.
• Ability to work independently to reach targets and drive results.

OTE: $100,000+ per year, consisting of a base salary and commission per signed construction contract. At full production, total compensation can exceed $100,000. Compensation details: base salary of $40,000–$50,000 depending on experience, plus commission. Paid vacation and health benefits.
