Position Responsibilities:

• Being consistently reliable, performs at a high level everyday
• Developing positive work relationships with team members to keep team on track
• Following all Allstate, Broussard Agency, and legal guidelines in the practice of insurance sales
• Quoting and Binding of P&C business
• Obtaining a level of activity consistent with your goals
• Obtaining referrals for agency growth and your growth
• Consistent training in and out of the office
• Providing a high degree of customer service excellence at all times
• Identifying opportunity and pivoting to additional products
• Working with and through existing Team Members to accomplish sales goals
• Participating in Team Events and Meetings

• Property & Casualty Licensed within a specified time frame.
