Vaccine Sales Specialist Mobile AL

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results to achieve or exceed specific sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Deliver flu portfolio product sales in key accounts including Pediatrics, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN), Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), independent and corporate-owned health care professionals.
• Analyze accounts’ near‑term and longer‑term objectives and promote the sales and implementation of company products and services aligned with provider goals.
• Develop routing and strategic key account business plans, including pre‑call planning.
• Report timely feedback regarding account trends and the anticipated impact on sales.
• Represent the Seqirus Customer Experience vision internally and externally.
• Demonstrate strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to educate and solve challenges, driving optimal customer experience.
• Act as the voice of the customer with internal stakeholders, building acumen on customer challenges.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Health Policy, Life Sciences or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of pharmaceutical or strong B2B experience.
• Strong communication skills and scientific learning agility.
