Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. The role is physical and fast‑paced, performed indoor/outdoor, involving delivery and pickup of uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.
Compensation includes a solid base salary, commission potential after route assignment, and monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives. Majority of work is on a 4‑day week, with no nights or weekends.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers.
- Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
- Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
- Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Required:
DOT compliant qualifications for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs. Must have an active driver’s license, be at least 21 years old, obtain a DOT medical certification, and provide documentation of previous employment.
Additional qualifications:
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role; high school diploma, GED, or military service; strong customer service orientation; self‑motivation; teamwork; positive attitude; ambition; organization; and service spirit.
