Responsibilities

Product Knowledge:
Demonstrate a deep understanding of KIA vehicles, their features, and benefits to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

Customer Engagement:
Greet customers warmly, establish rapport, and assess their automotive needs to provide personalized recommendations.

Sales Process Management:
Guide customers through the entire sales process, from vehicle selection to financing options, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.

Test Drives:
Coordinate and conduct test drives, showcasing the performance and features of the vehicles.

Customer Relationship Building:
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Market Awareness:
Stay updated on market trends, KIA promotions, and competitor offerings to effectively address customer queries and objections.

Requirements

Experience:

Prior experience in auto sales or a related field is a plus.

Communication

Skills:

Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.

Sales Ability:
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Customer Service: A commitment to providing outstanding service and meeting client needs.
