Fitness Studio Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sales performance and success of the studio
• Running the day-to-day lead generation, tracking, and membership sales
• Managing a sales team dedicated to promoting the SPENGA brand
• Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations
• Manage all sales aspects of the business including lead generation, grassroots marketing, and establishing business-to-business relationships
• Lead, train, motivate, and manage all staff to represent SPENGA
• Sell memberships and retail
• Retain and increase client participation
• Submit accurate and timely reports
• Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships
• Promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio

• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Strong management, leadership, and organization abilities
• Ability to create a successful environment for staff and clients
• Previous sales experience required; fitness industry or high‑ends goods & services preferred
• Willingness to learn
