Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales performance and success of the studio
- Running the day-to-day lead generation, tracking, and membership sales
- Managing a sales team dedicated to promoting the SPENGA brand
- Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations
- Manage all sales aspects of the business including lead generation, grassroots marketing, and establishing business-to-business relationships
- Lead, train, motivate, and manage all staff to represent SPENGA
- Sell memberships and retail
- Retain and increase client participation
- Submit accurate and timely reports
- Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships
- Promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Strong management, leadership, and organization abilities
- Ability to create a successful environment for staff and clients
- Previous sales experience required; fitness industry or high‑ends goods & services preferred
- Willingness to learn
- Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy
- Contagious upbeat personality
