Responsibilities :- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Manage daily showroom operations and sales processes
- Drive performance in volume, gross, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee deal structure, desking, and inventory strategy
- Ensure compliance with Audi, VW and Volvo brand standards and sales programs
- Support a premium customer experience from first contact to delivery
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience from start to finish
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement
- At least 3 years’ experience as an Auto Sales Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry
- Import or luxury brand experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Proven track record in sales performance and team development
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- The ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies
