Job Summary
We are seeking a full‑time, experienced House calls Community Liaison for our Mobile, AL area. This role involves engaging with the community to promote our services, build relationships, and enhance brand awareness.
Responsibilities- Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
- Visit doctors’ offices, hospitals, assisted‑living facilities, skilled nursing facilities and other potential sources of referrals to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
- Analyze the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.
- Analyze past and current marketing data.
- Complete an analysis of the company's product line.
- Analyze patient/company relationships.
- Develop sales and marketing objectives and projections.
- Develop a marketing plan, identify priorities, and set a realistic timetable.
- Implement the marketing plan while staying within the established timetable.
- Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on a regular basis.
- Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.
- Assist office staff as needed with updates and related tasks.
- Provide community outreach and education.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies or professionals.
- Must be organized and detail oriented.
- Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.
Base salary of $50,000 to $95,000, plus monthly, quarterly and annual bonuses.
