Sales Support Specialist

Calagaz Printing is looking for a sharp, self-motivated go-getter to join our team as a Sales Support Specialist. This is a high-touch, customer-facing role where you'll work directly alongside our Regional Sales Director to keep clients happy, orders moving and nothing falling through the cracks.

• Monitor and respond to customer and vendor emails with professionalism and urgency
• Learn our quoting process, then own it — preparing accurate print quotes for customers
• Enter new print orders into our system with precision and care
• Track orders from start to finish, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and keep customers informed every step of the way
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer calls and emails when needed
• Anticipate what the Regional Sales Director needs before she has to ask
• Act as her delegate with customers — earning their trust and keeping relationships strong

• A natural communicator — warm, clear, and responsive on phone, in-person and in writing
• Customer-obsessed in the best possible way
• Highly organized, with strong judgment about when to act and when to ask for help
• A fast learner who's motivated to grow into greater responsibility
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and doesn't wait to be told what to do

• Prior experience in customer service, sales support or a related field preferred
• Proficiency with email and basic business software required
• High School graduate or equivalent

• Pay range: $17.00 - $20.00 (based on experience)
