- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and an assigned customer base
- Work with branch associates to ensure customer satisfaction from order to delivery and beyond
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Develop sales strategies and target new accounts with management
- Perform product quotations and resolve problems
- Analyze competition in the territory and devise sales strategies
- Communicate sales strategies to management
- Improve sales skills and product knowledge
- Document sales activity in Salesforce for pipeline evaluation and sales closure measurement
- Support customers in the Mobile-Daphne and surrounding area
- A minimum of 3 years industry related sales experience is preferred
- Results oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to build relationships and enjoy a team environment
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
- Problem solving, leadership and listening skills
- General digital literacy
- Ability to multi-task and learn quickly
- Ability to work a rotating Saturday schedule in the Showroom
- Must be based in the Mobile - Daphne and surrounding area
Demonstrates strong sales acumen with a focus on relationship building, customer satisfaction, and strategic business development. Proficient in utilizing Salesforce for sales activity documentation and pipeline management.
