The Sealy organization manages approximately 9500 rental units in Alabama, South Carolina, and Tennessee, primarily apartments, but including a significant number of commercial and office properties. Sealy is the largest apartment provider in both the Tuscaloosa and Huntsville, Alabama markets. Approximately 8500 of these units are owned in-house. Over 60 years of business we have developed, built, and leased up a number of new apartment properties, and maintained high occupancy rates year in and year out, while maintaining property for the long term investment.

About the Role:
The Regional Manager in the real estate and rental leasing industry is responsible for overseeing and driving the sales performance across multiple locations within a designated region in the United States. This role focuses on developing and implementing strategic sales plans that align with company objectives to maximize revenue growth and market share. The Regional Manager will lead and mentor sales teams, ensuring consistent execution of sales programs and initiatives that enhance customer acquisition and retention.
They will also manage the region’s profit and loss statements, ensuring financial targets are met while optimizing operational efficiency. Ultimately, this position plays a critical role in sustaining long-term business growth and maintaining competitive advantage in the dynamic real estate market.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the real estate or rental and leasing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing regional sales teams and achieving sales growth.
- Strong knowledge of P&L management and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Familiarity with regional real estate market dynamics and regulatory environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative sales programs.
- Professional certifications related to sales management or real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate sales teams across multiple locations to implement effective sales programs.
- Monitor and analyze regional sales performance metrics and income statements to identify opportunities for improvement.
