As a Security Officer Campus Patrol Driver in Mobile, AL
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, offering the opportunity to support a caring environment with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity while assisting patients, visitors, and staff throughout your assigned area.

Day Time Fri 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM

Sun 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with staff and first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high‑traffic areas, assist with visitor directions, and support a professional environment for patients and staff.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or unusual activity accurately and promptly according to site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
