Electrician

Pay Rate

$25 - $31 (hourly estimate)

We are seeking an experienced and safety‑driven Electrical Technician to join our team. This individual should have 2–4 years of hands-on electrical experience, strong knowledge of NEC standards, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Experience with HVAC controls is highly preferred. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates well, and takes pride in producing clean, high-quality electrical work. This role also requires the ability to lead and train helpers while maintaining proper safety and documentation practices.

• Lead and train helpers while maintaining proper safety and documentation practices.
• Read and interpret technical drawings; apply NEC standards.
• Perform electrical work with attention to detail; produce clean, high-quality results.

• 2–4 years of experience as an electrician
• Proficiency in:
• Conduit bending
• NEC standards
• Reading and interpreting schematics, mechanical drawings, and electrical drawings
• Understanding HVAC controls systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Safety‑oriented mindset
• Ability to lead and teach helpers
• Record-keeping skills
• Ability to provide pictures of work (conduit installations, terminations, wire management)

• 1–2 years of HVAC controls experience
• Journeyman electrician license
• OSHA 30 certification (or JCI Standard)
• Previous supervisory experience
