This is a full-time on‑site role based in Mobile, AL, for a Remodeling Crew Member. Responsibilities include performing remodeling and renovation tasks such as demolition, framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and cabinetry. The role involves adhering to safety standards, maintaining tools and equipment, following project plans and timelines, and collaborating with team members to deliver quality results. • Assist in demolition, framing, drywall installation, finishing, basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other remodeling tasks to bring project visions to life
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans
• Perform carpentry tasks such as trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and framing
• Conduct construction inspections to ensure quality standards are met throughout each phase of the project
• Support concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, roofing, stucco application, and tile laying as needed
• Assist with plumbing and electrical installations by following schematics and safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety guidelines at all times

• Prior experience in construction or remodeling projects is highly preferred; familiarity with construction site procedures is a plus
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes is advantageous
• Experience with concrete forming, plastering, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, or masonry is desirable
• Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction sites and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions for extended periods
