General Maintenance Technician III

Position Summary

The General Maintenance Technician II completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs.

$33.50 per hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

• Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities
• Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary
• Basic ability to perform tasks such as:
  • Plumbing: completing complex repairs, installing new plumbing systems
  • Full drywall installation, large-scale painting
  • Leading and completing flooring projects
  • Leading roofing repairs and replacements
  • Managing general maintenance teams, complex repairs, and preventative maintenance

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• A valid State Driver's License is required (MVR Check is Required)
• 6-12 Years of experience as a General Maintenance Technician
• Basic knowledge of proper use of power tools, hand tools
• Recognize various hardware parts and methods of repair for related tasks
• Must possess organizational skills
• Must be able to perform unsupervised
