Pipefitter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Pipefitter Position - $35 hourly with $140 per diem

Fully onsite position in Newport News Shipyard in VA

• Assist in the building of nuclear powered submarines and aircraft carriers.
• 3 or more years as a marine, commercial nuclear, or petro/chem Pipefitter.
• Ability to read and interpret ship piping drawings.
• Experience with carbon steel, CRES, and copper nickel piping.
• Knowledge in installing pipe hangers and reading a ruler using inches and tenths.
• Capability to use grinders for cleaning and cutting pipes.
• Experience in fabricating details and assemblies from drawings.

This is a Contract position based out of Mobile, AL.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
