Job Description:

* Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems.

* Follow blueprints to construct and install instrument panels using appropriate tools.

* Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices.

* Connect power-supply circuits to fire control, sonar, radio, and other electronic equipment.

* Install conduit to bulkheads with brackets and screws.

* Thread wires through conduit to connection boxes, circuit breakers, voltage regulators, and switch panels.

* Test voltage, resistance, and circuits using indicators and meters.

Job Requirements:

* Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience in a maritime setting.

* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and blueprints.

* Experience using standard electrician equipment (meters, gauges, hand tools etc.).

* Strong understanding of safety regulations and protocols in a marine environment.

* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check.
