Installer - Construction General Laborer

Position

Installers (Construction General Laborers) for groundworks/foundation repair services in Winston‑Salem, NC.

• Execute general construction labor duties, including moving, carrying, and loading heavy materials up to 50 lbs.
• Set up and clean up job sites.
• Dig and back‑fill trenches, holes, and perform foundation repairs.
• Make repairs in crawl spaces, basements, and around home foundations.
• Work outdoors under various weather conditions.
• Follow safety procedures, use trade tools and equipment correctly, and support team members.
• Assist in other tasks as assigned by management.

• Previous experience working in construction or related field.
• Valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 22 kg.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, and carrying heavy loads for extended periods.
• Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and integrity.
