Position Overview
The Sprinkler Service Sr Technician is responsible for independently performing service, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems. The position requires strong technical competency, applicable licenses, and the ability to complete jobs independently. The Senior Technician may also guide or support entry-level employees while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

- Diagnose system deficiencies and perform corrective repairs.
- Use hand tools and testing equipment to complete assigned tasks.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local codes.

- Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members.
- Guide and support entry-level technicians and apprentices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Travel to job sites as required.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in the fire and life safety industry as a technician.
- NICET Level II or above preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, service procedures, and applicable codes.
- Must have a clean driving record and an active driver’s license (if driving is required).
- Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
- Performs other duties assigned by management.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Work performed in commercial, industrial, and construction environments.
- Exposure to varying conditions including heights, confined spaces, and active job sites.
