PCH Hotels and Resorts - 26 North Royal Street - Responsibilities:
Perform repairs, maintenance, alterations, and installations following departmental procedures to maintain safety, functionality, and appearance of the hotel.;
Conduct preventative maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.;
Respond promptly to guest service calls and maintenance requests to ensure guest satisfaction.;
Accurately document all work performed, parts needed, and parts used on service requests.;
Maintain a clean and organized work area and proper tool storage after use.
