• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Porsche vehicles to factory standards
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs using Porsche systems and processes
• Deliver exceptional workmanship with attention to detail and accuracy
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations with service advisors and leadership
• Maintain complete and accurate repair documentation
• Stay current on Porsche technical bulletins, systems, and emerging technologies
• Assist in mentoring and developing apprentice and non-certified technicians
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

• Porsche Certified Technician status strongly preferred
• Previous Porsche dealership experience highly valued
• Proven diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
• Strong understanding of luxury and high-performance vehicle systems
• Commitment to fixed‑right‑the‑first‑time repairs and customer satisfaction

• Valid driver’s license
• State inspection license (where applicable)
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment
