Lead Electrician; Residential & Commercial

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a well‑rounded electrician with experience in both residential and commercial electrical work. While candidates may specialize in one area, they should have a working knowledge of the other and be comfortable troubleshooting, installing, and servicing a variety of electrical systems.

This role requires someone who can work independently, lead projects in the field, mentor apprentices or helpers, and provide high‑quality workmanship while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer service.

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial environments
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
• Perform service calls and diagnose electrical issues efficiently
• Install panels, breakers, lighting, switches, receptacles, and other electrical components
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and NEC codes
• Lead projects and coordinate work with team members on‑site
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and management
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment

• Minimum 5+ years of electrical experience preferred
• Strong background in residential and/or commercial electrical work
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems independently
• Experience leading jobs and managing projects preferred
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
