HVAC Technician
In a safe, efficient and professional manner, the HVAC Technician will perform preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot and service commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Experience should include maintenance of ACU's, AHU's, heat pumps, VAV's, DDC's and ventilation systems. HVAC Technician I will perform tests, rounds and analysis of data to assure the equipment is functioning properly. Experience Maintaining chillers, boilers and kitchen equipment is a plus.
Other duties include, but not limited to, evaluating systems and providing recommendations, maintaining a clean working environment, and other various duties as assigned by the Facility Maintenance Manager, while adhering to all safety and health standards. Must be able to work in a high paced team environment and possess good oral and written communication skills.
