Position Title: HVAC Tech III
Location: Mobile, AL
Clearance Requirements: None
Pay Rate: $30.00/hour

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician III to support on-site facility maintenance in Mobile, Alabama. In this contract-to-hire role, you will perform preventative, corrective, and general maintenance of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, refrigeration, and control systems across client facilities. Your responsibilities will include inspecting equipment, troubleshooting issues, performing repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will also support electrical controls, water treatment programs, and maintain detailed documentation of all maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

• 5+ years of HVAC technician experience, with comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, and refrigeration
• HVAC certification or formal training in HVAC operations
• Valid driver’s license and applicable licenses/certifications, including universal refrigeration license (if required)
