Join a dynamic team as a Dock Technician. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial and industrial facility equipment in a fast‑paced environment. Your responsibilities include inspecting dock systems, doors, and related hardware, troubleshooting problems, and executing minor repairs while complying with safety standards and OSHA regulations. Strong communication and the ability to follow detailed procedures are essential for ensuring seamless service delivery.

You will collaborate with experienced technicians and may guide subcontractors to maintain high‑quality operations, prioritizing safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or business training preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience servicing commercial dock levelers, doors, and related hardware, including pneumatic or hydraulic systems
• AAADM certification preferred; valid driver’s license required
• Proficiency in interpreting instructions, manuals, and safety guidelines
• Hands‑on experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical repairs
• Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts safely
