CLK Multifamily Management is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in Mobile, AL to oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and related interior/exterior building repairs. The role combines hands-on maintenance with leadership to build a safe, motivated team culture on site.
You’ll supervise daily maintenance operations, review reports, schedule preventive tasks, and manage work orders. A valid CDL is required; HVAC certification is preferred, with background and drug screening.
