Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Foreman to join our Fire Sprinkler New Projects team in Mobile, Alabama. This individual will play a critical role in installing fire sprinkler systems for commercial, federal, and industrial clients throughout the region.
The Lead Sprinkler Foreman serves as a working superintendent responsible for overseeing multiple sprinkler installation projects while remaining hands‑on in the field as needed. This individual manages lead foremen and installation crews, communicates directly with customers, coordinates daily jobsite activities, and ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to NFPA standards. The role also requires mentoring apprentices and journeymen and providing technical guidance when field installation challenges arise.
$62,400 to $_83,200
- Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following:
- 10+ years of commercial fire sprinkler pipe installation experience, including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge systems, and fire pumps, with strong knowledge of NFPA 13 installation standards and field troubleshooting.
- Ability to read a blueprint
- Strong understanding of NFPA 13 including sprinkler head placement, spacing, etc
- Proven leadership experience managing crews and projects, including coordinating multiple jobs, supervising foremen and installers, and training apprentices and journeymen.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (see full details attached)
- Must pass Pre-Employment Drug Screening includes a 5 Panel Drug Screen that may include:
- amphetamines (including methamphetamines), cocaine, marijuana (only where permitted by law), barbiturates, benzodiazepines, methadone, oxycodone, heroin, opioids, phencyclidine (PCP) and their metabolites
